Hi, The BigBed file lost one of the most important features we want. The attachment is the graphs generated from the Bed and BigBed files. The red one is by uploading the data to UCSC server and the black track is from the bigBed file. We want to track the height of each cluster (in the red track, different cluster has different height). However, bigBed may have missed it. Can you please tell why this is happening?
