The two tracks you show are in different display densities.
Your red graph is a wiggle track.  I don't know what your
black track is, it is set to "dense"  You need to set
the display to the same to see if the tracks display
identical.  If they are the same type.  If your black track
is a 'bigBed' it is not going to draw a graph as in
the red track.
