The icon theme i don't really understand. Apps come with their own icons usually, i see no need for a reference (?) gentoo icon set.
I disagree. I think that a cohesive Gentoo icon set would be a very good thing. It'd promote a consistent look and feel among the most commonly used apps (or categories).
