Unfortunately, I'm just not feeling that. If you have Global Moderators and Administrators that are not willing to become staff, then why are you asking for this? You do realize that this means that there will be much more control placed on what goes on in the forums. Currently, the forums are treated almost as an independent entity, much like the GWN.
