I'm perfectly polite when I'm not replying to the dozenth deliberate
attempt to derail something into which I have put a lot of effort...

This thread is a perfect illustration of why PMS access is restricted.
There are a bunch of people out there who have nothing better to do
than try to sabotage the process by posting endless absurd suggestions
which can't even be ignored because ignoring them is taken as a sign
that their trolling is raising valid issues. Unfortunately, it appears
that not having access to the actual material doesn't matter to them --
instead, they just attack the process.
