Seems that this arose from media-libs/libdvdcss... Can we rename this to dvdcss to make it clear that this have something to do with dvds and not with web technologies?
To find out what a USE flag is for, we have descriptions.Which *actual* packages would benefit from changing the current css USE flag to something different?
