Indeed I have. If you want to start such a project, I would certainly be interested in joining. Plasma Active is basically untested because I don't have a mobile device with Gentoo and installing it on a normal computer leads to display sizing issues, but I welcome any suggestions or bug reports you have for that. What I would really like to see come out of this is some pre-made Gentoo stage4s for different kinds of devices, which I think would be a big draw for users.
