The older transitions came up a few times during the discussions on
this (in and out of meeting); we're aware of it to a certain extent,
as for whether that is understood I'd say that if around 7 people vote
on the matter that that is based on a necessary amount of understanding.

Feel free to point out further concerns from older transitions.
