I don't use -K because my clients have slight differences from
the server. Laptop vs desktop, server vs desktop, etc... -K seems
to want to install every binary package from the server on the
client. That's not desired. -g by itself works fine, and it lets
my laptop client rebuild ebuilds that I don't want on the server
from source.
