2.6.x was stable for the mosat part until 2.6.7. After that, it went downhill
for awhile. 2.6.7 is by far, extremely stable for me on my Blade 100. Rumours
are abound that 2.6.8.1 through 2.6.11 still cause lots of problems, mostly with
scsi. I have yet to actually try 2.6.12 on my Blade. Maybe a weekend project.
Anyways, that said, this is why 2.6 is still ~sparc, and 2.4.x is still used for
release media. That may remain the same for a rather long time.
