I forgot that :-/ thi is now what i got:
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.20-gentoo-r1/misc/svgalib_helper.o
depmod: *** Unresolved symbols in /lib/modules/2.4.20-gentoo-r1/misc/vmnet.o


vmnet is from vmware i think, recompiling the virtual networks would help.

but from ware is the svgalib_helper ?
