Then, now that you know that your ISP is firewalling your port, you should check whether your dsl-modem does it or your ISP gateway is acting like a firewall. If it's your dsl-modem, then you could try to "fix" the problem; if it's your ISP's gateway, you'll have to set your www server at some other port.
