I think it sounds much more positive, don't you think ? :) Well, yes it does. But it implies that with patents there would be no innovation and I don't think it is true. Innovation will always exist regardless of patents. It can be slowed down, but it won't stop. So maybe anti-patent sounds negative it is nevertheless more precise.
