Granted I should have read this before doing the install, but, I made
all my partitions Reiser (except for boot). So now I'm wondering
about the likelihood of data corruption. Has anyone experienced it?

Perhaps you should post the results of this Ninth Gentoo Poll once all the votes are in..?

For my part I have had no problems with ReiserFS the last 6 months. I now have 4 hard-drives using it (about 5 or 6 partitions, and some LVM) on a 24/7 machine during this time. It's also been used on my laptop a little, and that has run out of power a few times. I have been most impressed by Hans Reiser in the interviews with him & the articles by him I've read, and I get the impression that the Gentoo devopers (or those who write the documentation, at least!) largely favor ReiserFS.

I for one wouldn't use that sucky Ext2/3. ;-]
