Hmmm, looks like it's just htdig here:

$ emerge -vpuD kdevelop
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild     UD] sys-libs/ncurses-5.3-r2 [5.3-r4] -debug
[ebuild     U ] app-admin/fam-oss-2.6.10-r1 [2.6.9-r3]
[ebuild     U ] media-libs/libmad-0.15.0b-r1 [0.15.0b] -debug
[ebuild     U ] media-libs/libvorbis-1.0-r4 [1.0-r2] +sse -3dnow

$ emerge -vpuD htdig
These are the packages that I would merge, in order:
Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild     UD] sys-libs/ncurses-5.3-r2 [5.3-r4] -debug
[ebuild  N    ] net-www/apache-2.0.48-r1  +berkdb -gdbm -ldap

...and htdig-3.1.6-r4.ebuild has got apache all over it.  Why?
