Only if you have the version of pciutils that doesn't work properly with
2.6.x kernels :) Chances are you won't have noticed on x86 anyway,
because you won't have PCI domain support (someone's now gonna post a
link to an x86 box with PCI domains, no doubt...), but it's a *lot*
better to use the sysfs interface even if the old procfs one still
appears to work.

Just emerge >=sys-apps/pciutils-2.1.11-r1 if you're getting blocks. It's
a good idea to do this if you're running *any* 2.6.x kernel on a PCI
box.
