Hi,

I have a system that is running 2.6.10 kernel. The b44
driver crashes often so I tried switching to 2.4.20
kernel. but when the system boot up and started to
mount the disk, it complained of too old a kernel.

thank u

Hey
Out of my own experience, the 2.6.10 kernel is still quite new, perhaps there is a
glitch somewhere with your driver. Try going (back) to 2.6.9 or even 2.6.7.
