I keep saying this but nobody seems to listen. 'equery uses' only works
for packages that you already have installed, which makes it far less
useful than 'etcat uses' was, which worked with packages you haven't
installed yet.

The time when I most need to know about the use flags supported by a
package is when I'm about to install it. I don't understand why equery
is less functional than etcat and why nobody else seems to care about it?
