I have a user who can't upload files to his account on my server. He can connect and log in, he can see the files and directories in his home directory, but he can't interact with them. I can log into my personal account via the external IP of my router and interact with my personal account just fine, so I'm not sure why he can't use his. Here's the information I've been able to gather:
He is using FireFTP as his client on Windows XP. He can log into the FTP server, his home directory loads, but he can't move from his home directory to any of the subdirectories under his home directory. I don't have access to a computer outside my network with Internet access, so I've only been able to try connecting to the same address he does, except from inside the network.
