Both warnings were about python3.4. Looking at a btrfs snapshot from yesterday, I see what happened. python-exec.conf contained python2.7 python3.5 python3.6 python3.4 I only have 2.7 and 3.6 installed. Running eselect clean the first time must have removed only the pythong3.5 entry, hence the identical warning about 3.4, then that entry was removed on the second run. It appears, as suggested elsewhere, that eselect python clean cleans only one entry at a time. -- Neil Bothwick Nobody's perfect and since I'm nobody...!
