If I'm understanding correctly, accept_keywords allow experimental and 
development versions.  Why should I need that for something as basic as 
portage?  Is AMD not quite ready for primetime?  And, how does portage know?  
And what happens if I just ignore that?  What consequences can I expect?

Any thoughts appreciated.
