No, i think that you are misreading the ebuild. I haven't chagned a single thing in it and emerge reports above error.

I think that there is an error in certmanager-3.5.0_beta2 ebuild. Changing some things manualy to 3.5_beta1 causes the same error, but with another version: missing ...3.5.0_beta1...
