I'm planning to install Gentoo Linux and i want to overwrite my current 
MSWindows because i don't to do multiboot. How do i actually do so that i can 
install it.

I have no experience in installing any Linux Distro. =)

By the way, you may want to just shrink your MSWindows partition with e.g. 
gparted LiveCD and then create new partitions to install Gentoo in.  This 
will allow you to multiboot into either OS.  A common data partition will 
allow you access to your data files, music, etc. by both OS too.

As Ricardo says, following the handbook is the best way to install Gentoo.  
Then read some of the documentation for setting up and configuring a desktop, 
or different services if you want to.  Any questions just ask in this M/L, 
the forums and in IRC.
