Yes, here you you see it's guess at where the boundary of Mastholte is (using the 'details' link when searching for 'Mastholte, Germany': http://katie.openstreetmap.org/~twain/details.php?place_id=866452 It's very hard to guess these things correctly - for instance this would be very large for a village in the uk - more a town so making it larger would probably break other places.
