It doesnt need to guess ;) All of Northrhine Westfalia has boundarys down to at least admin_level 8 ;) So this would be Alt Hammoor, Rietberg, Germany wich is the official postal address - Mastholte is a part of Rietberg. The Admin boundary for Rietberg is there. I tested Rietberg too though ... BTW It seemed Alt Hammoor was not linked to any of the surrounding places which would be Langenberg, Bokel or Mastholte ... Parts of Alt Hammoor (The most Northern 300m) belong to Bokel - Shouldnt the Street be associated with ALL those places instead of none?
