You cannot expect the same results for your installation as on the nominatim.openstreetmap website. The OSM server runs always the latest version of Nominatim together with continuous data update. 'Slowik' appears in the address in all cases. Can you check if you have 'Slowik' at all in your database. If it is there, is it shown as being in 'gmina Zgierz'?
