The map preview page shows the format names the previews can be shown in.
These are mime types and thus not very user friendly, its better to say just
KML, JPEG, etc instead of the whole mime types.
So far we're going to hard code the mapping from mime types provided by
MapProducers to a human friendly string, but agreed on irc to use the wicket
i18n subsystem backed by xml propery bundles. (XML so we can use the plain
mime-type strings as keys directly)
