Well none of the issues remaining are of blocker status so anything we 
do from now to release date would appear to be gravy. I would say that 
if there are resources willing to do the release and those resources 
would rather do it sooner rather than later I would push for sooner. But 
that is just my opinion. We will see how others feel. If no objection we 
can start the 1.7.6 release train shortly while I am still in the same 
time zone.
