Nope, they were not, I only had a jira in GeoTools, opened one in
GeoServer afterwards. Sorry about that, it seemed there was no resources
for 1.7.6 releases and I was swamped with 2.0 work so I did not set the
GS jiras in place.

I think there is only another one that I think would be nice to have 
fixed, which is http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-3235, that has
a patch I could not look into due to the vacation. Let's see if Mauro
can amend his patch quickly.
