Rob this about communication - not so much about the release cycle. Justin has stepped down as release manager and this represents a way forward. It is the PSC responsibility to cover planning and release procedures - so our response is needed here.
aside: In terms of the PSC responsibilities we should strike the one about attending weekly IRC meetings.
