Had a very quick look. Seems like a step in the right direction, but as
long as it mandates OGC Filter and GML instead of
CQL and GeoJSON it has, imho, little chance to fly with the community that
likes to use REST services in the first place.
Mandating CQL and GeoJSON and making OGC Filter and GML optional extras
would give this proposed approach
a higher chance for acceptance imho.
