OK folks, 2.2 should be pretty much ready to go. Artifacts are up on
sourceforge, etc...

First thing tomorrow I will send out the notifications. Or if someone is
eager they can handle that, the blog post is done (thanks Rollie).

If not i will publish the blog, and send notifications out to the mailing
list. Being a new major release i will also announce on other sites, like
freshmeat, etc..
