Oh, and by the way i modified the release scripts to restructure the way
the tagging is done as we discussed previously. So now there is no need for
a rel_2.2.x branch for instance. We just create a branch (eg rel_2.2) for
the specific release, and modify all the version numbers, etc... there. The
branch is never pushed up, just the tag for it. And this seems to work just
fine.
