Hi,
I've made a first pass at moving the proposals to the wiki:
https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver.github.io/wiki
There are still issues, but overall it seems to me the proposals are
at least readable.
Issues still remaining are related to links between pages, that were lost
during the translation, and some other formatting problems (some lists
and tables are a mess).
I'm trying to improve things further, if you want to help let me know ;)
