Hi all,
I'm pretty much done with the fixes that I could make without going page by
page.
Tables are fixed, images are linked, some attachments have been resurrected
as well.
Jody, I still haven't fixed that page with the subpages, the subpages are
in the wiki,
they are just not liked, it's better if you do that, some re-organization
is in order, as in
markdown we cannot link to anchors in subpages
