Hi,
reviewing the WMS 1.3 and WMS 1.1 capabilties documents I've noticed
that in the WMS 1.1 one we have, for each layer, a comment showing
the full WKT syntax for the native CRS of that layer, for example:

This adds quite a bit of extra text to the caps document, and if you check,
it's
not available in the WMS 1.3 ones.

The code generating it dates back to Dave Blasby times:

I'm wondering if we should remove it, or at least make it optional somehow.
Maybe kill it, but have a system variable that one can set it re-estabilsh
it
in case any application really needs it?
