The spring-4-update branch from gwc and geoserver finished up last week,
based on today's meeting (and email geofence discussion) I would like to
merge *now* and begin manual testing.
Andrea asked that I delay the beta2 release until after geofence is ready.
Please confirm and I can update the spring 4 upgrade
