Let me try using the same wiki page (using the headings we have or adding
new headings to group issues).

Okay here is what I am going to do, send an email for each buglet, and link
to the email thread from the wiki page - that way we get the discussion and
a list so we know when we are done.
What we really want is the discussion for fixing and sharing which approach
to a fix was successful. For this to work we will need to try for an email
thread per buglet.
