In particular, this is AFAIK the only documentation of the XML indexer format: http://geoserver.geo-solutions.it/multidim/multidim/imagemosaic/mosaic_indexer.html Simone and Daniele, are GeoSolutions willing to donate this documentation to GeoServer?
