Hmm... better not to, repositories should be either large/well
known/official ones, or under the control of the GeoServer PSC.
Maybe someone from Boundless can upload this forked jar to the repo? Would
be best not to depend on it at all, to be honest
(and if at all possible, make it not a snapshot).
