No it had a 7 day limit, check the website now for the text here: https://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/developer/policies/gsip.html#gsip
This is one of the things that was inconsistent between the tell ages also. This is also why I was confused about 20 or 14 days, the key part for me is assuming +0 at the end of the time period. .
