Starting a new thread. By looking at GWC's 1.17.x changes, it seems there are actually no changes since 1.17.4: https://github.com/GeoWebCache/geowebcache/compare/1.17.4...1.17.x
So question is, do we make a no-op gwc release, or reuse 1.17.4?
