The GeoTools release build went smoothly, I just verified all the artifacts. https://build.geoserver.org/view/release/job/geotools-release/
I'll proceed with publishing it and start the GeoServer release build against GT 23.5 and GWC 1.17.4, since IMHO there's no point in re-releasing gwc without any changes. Any objections?
