Hi Joan

I guess the simplest way to know if you are using the cache is to look at where
your URL string is pointing

if its http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wms then it is just hitting the standard
WMS service

If you have pointed your application to
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/gwc/service

One thing we do is pre seed the cache, this makes it lightning quick

Hope that helps

Tim

Hi, I was wondering how to test if geowebcache works with my application.
When I load the layers some are very fast (point layers) and some are so
slow (line layers), so I wanna know if they are loading from the cache
(geowebcache) or not, any idea?

Thanks in advance.
