Hello,
I have a linux server (running Unbuntu 10.0.4.1) and have installed GeoRover
2.0.2 on it.
I had it running for over a year with no problems, but the server was rebooted
without shutting down GeoServer first. Now the GeoServer will not restart.
My restart from
cd/ usr/share/geoserver-2.0.2/bin "sh startups.sh"
runs and then stops on the following line..
INFO [layer.TileLayerDispatcher] - Configuration completed
I don't have a Tile Layer in this particular setup, so I am not worried.
When I go to my url.
http://abc.abc.abc/geoserver
I get an error of
The requested resource (/geoserver/) is not available.
I have also tried to run a
cd /usr/share/geoserver-2.0.2/bin "sh shutdown.sh" with the following results.
"java.net.ConnectionException: Connection refused"... several ways of
connection failure.
I have tried to reinstall GeoServer 2.0.2, and then also tried GeoServer 2.1.3
with negative results. Does anyone have any advice?
