With print server under Geoserver the next response appeared:

Error while generating PDF:
org.mapfish.print.InvalidValueException: url has an invalid value:
http://geoserver.org/download/attachments/10158143/pbGS-Bttn228x68.png
        at org.mapfish.print.PDFUtils.createImage(PDFUtils.java:385) ....

I don't know why invalid this working url...
So I've deploy a separate printing-servlet and it seems to work.
