The requirement is a java servlet/server of some kind, that could be jetty,
tomcat, jboss etc. Jerome doesn't mention which one he's using but I see
plenty of instructions on how to use Jetty under IIS.

Note that performance may be affected by your choice. Also note that Apache
Tomcat is different from Apache HTTP. The latter is the direct competitor
for serving regular webpages. Apache Tomcat can also be run behind IIS too.
