The weightAttr is a optional parameter of the heatmap wps process. When given no valid value, he uses a weight value of 1 for every point. The pixelsPerCell attribute is for performance issues. Its the resolution of the heatmap. Default of the wps process is 1. This is the best resolution but the performance can be a problem. RadiusPixels attribute you should test. Its dependent on the closeness of your points.
