The weightAttr is a optional parameter of the heatmap wps process. When 
given no valid value, he uses a weight value of 1 for every point.
The pixelsPerCell attribute is for performance issues. Its the 
resolution of the heatmap. Default of the wps process is 1. This is the 
best resolution but the performance can be a problem.
RadiusPixels attribute you should test. Its dependent on the closeness 
of your points.
