I don't know what else to do, I verified the entire code, also every path that's on it. And everything is fine, but I don't know how to use this, to create a layer. This is the GetCapabilities documente that I created, if someone please, could check it out and tell me if there is something wrong, I'll apreciate it for the rest of my life!
