Hi,
I found this work-around:

- Delete the line "<entry key="passwd">crypt2: ..." in all files  
_/data/workspaces/MyWorkspace/MyDatastore/datastore.xml
- Start Geoserver
- The datastores will be disabled
- Enable and configure database-password in GUI
- This will write a line " key="passwd">crypt1:"
